China Chunlai Education Group Co., Ltd., founded in 2004, established institutions including Shangqiu University, Anyang University, Applied Science and Technology College of Shangqiu University (Shangqiu University Kaifeng Campus), Jingzhou University, Tianping College of Suzhou University of Science and Technology (cooperative education), and Hubei Health Vocational College. The group went public and was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 01969.HK in September 2018.
